Jackson and Tull offers full-time employees a flexible and comprehensive choice of medical, dental, and vision coverage through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Health Advocate Service available at no additional cost. All full-time and part-time employees who are 21-years or older are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan, and Jackson and Tull will match a portion of the employee’s contribution. We offer tuition assistance to employees who successfully complete pre-approved work-related courses and seminars.
